The NJDSC is bringing back the Building Our Future Training program in 2024!
We are excited to announce our four-week training program for future Democratic candidates and political operatives. You will benefit from this program if you are a future candidate, operative, or dedicated volunteer. I encourage you to apply soon.
About the Program:
The half-in-person and half-virtual program promises to be an extensive and all-encompassing educational experience for individuals looking to deepen their understanding of politics and campaigns. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about various areas of political campaigns, including finance, fundraising, communication, and field operations. Attendees will hear from a diverse set of speakers, including experienced operatives and elected officials from different backgrounds.
Spots are limited and all interested applicants must apply by MAY 24TH, 2024 and submit their resume to bof@njdems.org.

She Should Run is a nonpartisan nonprofit working to dramatically increase the number of women considering a run for public office.
Women are less likely to run for public office and therefore are seriously underrepresented. According to the World Economic Forum, “Gender parity has a fundamental bearing on whether or not economies and societies thrive.” We motivate women from all walks of life to explore the possibility of public office by identifying and tackling the barriers to elected leadership. We do this through data-driven content, education, and collective action. |
